Unless otherwise specified in a client contract, The Lucky Agency does not offer a refunds for work performed on a clients behalf.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise specified in a client contract, The Lucky Agency requires 30-day notice to terminate service. This is to ensure we can close out any open converstaions and deliver any data to the client.
